Stagne Clerveaux - Senior Director in Training

My story is one of survival, faith, and finding purpose in the middle of the hardships of Haiti. I grew up in the small city of Hinche where jobs were few, and soccer became my escape, my source of joy, and a vital means of survival, providing money to help my family. A key turning point came when I met Ephraim Lucien, who became a mentor and like a father to me, guiding me to faith and a life-changing relationship with Jesus. Ephraim helped me get a humanitarian visa, and I came to the United States in June 2024, looking for opportunities to improve my life. However, after a year in the US, God gave me a clear vision to use my story and experiences for ministry in Haiti. I am now spending my remaining time in the US studying, training, and preparing to be a full-time missionary with Young Athletes with Hope, set in my faith and believing that my story is not finished and that the end will be far greater than the beginning.
